The room was one of the worst experiences, the door didn’t closed properly, the a/c made a huge noise, I could not use the tv as it was not connected to a cable nor antenna. The outside lock on the room locked us out of the room as our cards did not work hotel personnel did not know how to fix it and had to call a repair person. We were placed in a temporary room to keep us out of the cold weather. Such a bad experience

The toilet did not flush. Was slightly backed up. Told the desk in the morning. When returned in the evening the problem was not resolved. Told the desk again and they fixed it immediately. Took nearly 10 minutes to get hot water for the shower in the early morning. Gave up waiting so took a lukewarm shower. Water started warming up just as I was finishing.

The only issue we had was we booked 2 rooms as we were traveling with inlaws. The rooms were not side by side. Had i known this i should have booked them in my name instead of brother inlaws name. The staff was great but nothing they could do upon arrival. Not a big deal but worth mentioning.

As soon as we walked in we saw bugs on the curtains and the AC unit was semi destroyed. We decided to stay on a different hotel. The worst property I have encounter on all my time with Expedia.

I didn't expect much and wasn't let down. Check in was at 2, and by 3 our room still hasn't been cleaned. After it was 'cleaned' we went in and it was full of stink bugs. By full, I mean we either captured and threw outside or killed way over 50 of them from late Friday until Sunday morning checkout.
