Very basic but okay

Room was very basic and quite small. It felt very cold and the walls are very thin. There was black mould on some of the bathroom tiles and the sink had a crack in it. More of a motel than a hotel. Restaurant had very limited choice on the menu. Breakfast tables rarely made up. No hot food. Wifi was very good. Staff were friendly and plenty of parking outside. Not the best place I have stayed in but relatively cheap.

En trois jours il y a eu deux fois l’alarme incendie qui s’est mise Ă  sonner sans feu juste parce que des personnes avaient laissĂ© Laure salle de bain ouverte avec une douche trĂšs chaude qui a fait dĂ©clencher le dĂ©tecteur incendie. Autant vous dire que c’est trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able.

Ce que j'ai trouvĂ© unique, c'est la vĂ©tustĂ© je n'ai jamais de ma vie, vu un hĂ©bergement dans un Ă©tat pareil, odeur de pied ou de moquette vieillotte dĂšs notre entrĂ©e, lavabo complĂštement d'Ă©poque de la construction complĂštement fendue en etoile, le carrelage au dessus de la baignoire sensĂ© ĂȘtre blanc Ă©taient jaune je ne sais pas si c'est l'usure ou la crasse.... Enfin un cauchemar Ă  64 €, je dors dans des hĂŽtel du mĂȘme tarifs comme Ace ou premiĂšre classe ou ibis budget jamais j'ai vu un truc aussi dĂ©gueulasse.

La personne qui nous a accueilli n’avait pas le sens de l’hospitalitĂ© ni ĂȘtre cordial. La chambre avait du moisi sur les joints. Il y avait une fuite au niveau du mitigeur d’eau de la douche, la lumiĂšre n’était pas assez forte et on nous avait dit qu’il y avait de la clim alors que c’était juste une soufflerie, le Kyriad de Gonfreville est une catastrophe

Malgré les indications sur le site comme quoi la chambre serai t insonoriser ce n'est pas le cas, j'entendais mes voisins du dessus en plein et bas lit qui grince et qui tape sur le sol et Madame qui s'exprimer librement. Je suis arrivé à 20h et reparti à 22h15. j'ai rendu ma carte à l'accueil et j'ai dû aller dormir ailleurs. Aucun remboursement ni dédommagement ne m'a été proposé.

L’aprĂšs-midi, j’ai Ă©tĂ© accueilli par un monsieur trĂšs gentil (souvent en astreinte), Ă©galement trĂšs professionnel. Malheureusement, le lendemain matin, c’était une autre Ă©quipe Ă  la rĂ©ception
 et une autre ambiance. Trois personnes prĂ©sentes, un monsieur et deux dames, aucune ne semblait vraiment concernĂ©e par les clients. Au petit-dĂ©jeuner, j’ai demandĂ© du pain complet (il Ă©tait Ă  peine 8h30), on m’a simplement dit qu’il n’y en aurait pas — puis ils se sont mis Ă  rigoler entre eux. J’étais assis juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©, et j’ai entendu malgrĂ© moi toutes leurs conversations : ragots, histoires internes, critiques
 Je connais dĂ©sormais la vie de tout le monde sans l’avoir demandĂ©. C’est gĂȘnant, dĂ©placĂ© et peu professionnel. Le contraste entre l’accueil du soir/fin de journĂ©e et celui du matin est frappant. On a vraiment l’impression d’avoir affaire Ă  deux rĂ©ceptions diffĂ©rentes, avec deux Ă©tats d’esprit totalement opposĂ©s.
