Spider infestation in the room they first assigned to me. I left for the evening for a company dinner at my office, and returned a couple hours later. I was going on 3-4 hours of sleep and couldn’t wait to go to sleep. I pulled the currents closed, went into the bathroom and when I came back out, there was a large spider on the ceiling. I called the front desk and asked if someone could come and kill it. She told me to take a picture and that they would come up to me shortly. They arrived and soon after that, a second spider showed up and was even bigger, and if that wasn’t bad enough, a third spider showed up too. The guy took care of the spiders and I asked if I could have a new room because there has to be more. The lady was very kind and friendly. Asked if this was my first time staying there and I said yes. They moved me to the other side of the hotel. The new room was clean and had no spiders.

Only complaint is parking. I was in town for an event, so the hotel was packed. I had to park in the “back lot” which wasn’t close to the main entrance. Property & room were well worth it.

Great Staff

Hilight was the hotel staff from the front desk, to the maids and breakfast servers they all get an A+. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms facing the street a little noisy and had to move rooms to parking lot side. Downside was cost. Expensive for what it is but little option elsewhere.
