Everything was wonderful. A cute apartment and a friendly service. You don't need a car, supermarket, train station and the sea are near (around 10-20min walk)

La stanza era in ordine e pulita Senza pretese ma più che decorosa Il problema è il rumore La stanza si affaccia su una strada di grande passaggio e dalle 5,30 del mattino è stato impossibile continuare a dormire Al checkout abbiamo riconsegnato le chiavi alla signora delle pulizie che era appena arrivata in struttura Successivamente siamo stati contattati da una impiegata "scocciatissima" che sosteneva di averci contattato più volte via whatsapp (1 solo messaggio con scritto Buongiorno arrivato alle 9.48 - l'orario di checkout era alle 10.00 e noi abbiamo sforato di 3 minuti) Insomma questa signora sosteneva che non avevamo lasciato le chiavi della stanza a nessuno.... Ha poi controllato e capito che era la donna delle pulizie che si era confusa In ogni caso il tono era veramente fastidioso Maggiore attenzione non guasterebbe

A éviter

Nous sommes arrivées avec beaucoup de difficultés car l enseigne à la taille d une carte postale. Arrivées devant le portail, impossible d avoir une réponse à la sonnette,pas de réponse non plus par téléphone. Heureusement qu un couple arriva zn même temps que nous,et qu il a eu l idée d aller sonner 3 portes plus loin. La découverte de la chambre, du moins de l appartement,car il y avait un semblant de cuisine (uniquement un petit frigo,une bouilloire non branchée par manque d adaptateur pour la prise😡) En résumé, je déconseille fortement de part: L accueil (inexistant),le froid dans la chambre (uniquement un drap et un couvre lit!même pas une couverture à disposition, donc ne venez pas sans un pyjama chaud),impossible de se rechauffer grâce à un bon thé (nous avions amener des sachets)une bouilloire sans prise!

Appartamento pulito e spazioso, inoltre è al piano terra per cui con il passeggino del nostro bambino è stato molto comodo. A cinque minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Levanto. Note negative: pochi utensili e stoviglie in cucina. Appartamento gelato quando siamo arrivati (consiglio di attaccare il riscaldamento prima che arrivino gli ospiti).

L'appartamento è situato a piano terra e la camera affaccia direttamente sulla strada. Il rumore dei veicoli disturba notevolmente il sonno la sera e la mattina. Porta-asciugamani in bagno e armadietti in cucina sono ad un'altezza di circa 2 metri ! In cucina il rubinetto è troppo corto e non si può far scorrere l'acqua in una delle due vasche del lavello. Poche posate (solo due cucchiaini...) e nessun coperchio per le pentole. Estremamente deludente ! Lo sconsiglio.

Très bien

Chambre super sympa, mais au rez-de-chaussée, donc beaucoup de bruit de voitures et les gens dans la rue et très chaud par rapport au fait qu’on peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre sans être dans une vitrine. Ils m’ont dit que il vont mettre l’air conditionné et ça me semble une super idée! La structure se trouve à 15min à pieds de centre ville et juste à côté de la gare, donc c’est super soit pour visiter les cinque terres soit pour sortir le soir.
