Good for a budget hotel. The breakfast area should be redesigned or more seating provided. Access to the tables can be difficult and it all seems a bit chaotic. The air circulation in the room was loud and can't be switched off. The positives are easy access to the city/train station and there is a supermarket just below the hotel.

I didn’t like how we came back to the hotel room after an entire day out and one of the cards given by the hotel was missing because we left it in the room and the bed was made for us because My family and I left all our belongings there I would hate the fact that someone went in when we have personal things that could’ve been stolen

Room was clean, but on the small side. Personally l would get rid of the bunk above the double bed to give more air and space. The room is not big enough for 3 people anyway, so take it away. Toilet separate to shower, both clean and modern, but again small spaces. Nice to have a window that opens as well as the ac unit. Lifts and general areas clean and modern. Good breakfast. About as close to the train station as you can get. Easy and pleasant walk to centre.

Terrible stay!

Terrible hotel , rude staff ,poor management.Rooms are literally not enough room to walk around bed even if you are alone .air conditioner is horrible you can not set up the temperature below 22 celsius and keeps shuting off. windows are permanently locked.not suitable for families. It is close to hostels' style!!!

Great value hotel

Very convenient for travel and the town centre and sites. Close to the train station but I didn't experience any problems with noise. Very helpful staff and a clean and comfortable hotel. I have stayed here before as a solo traveller and would stay again. Good value for money too

I arrived late at night, but it was nice that it was right next to the station. The staff were kind and polite. The room was clean and comfortable. I didn't check that breakfast was included, and only realized it when I checked out.
