A fuir

Dommage que sur l'annonce il est indiquĂ© qu'il y a le wifi car ma femme a perdu une semaine de travail et nous avions pris ce logement afin qu'elle puisse teletravailler. Le lave vaisselle fuyait donc vaisselle Ă  la main. Le four faisait disjoncter le tableau Ă©lectrique dĂšs qu'on allumait. A notre arrivĂ©e pas de cafetiĂšre, la propriĂ©taire nous en a apportĂ© une qui ne fonctionnait pas. L'ensemble du logement Ă©tait vraiment trĂšs sale, des affaires de la propriĂ©taire partout. Les meubles de la cuisine Ă©taient sales et gras, nous avons mĂȘme retrouvĂ© un lĂ©zard dessĂ©chĂ© dur 1 Ă©lĂ©ments de cuisine. La chambre dans laquelle se trouvent les lits superposĂ©s est dotĂ©e dune porte vitrĂ©e mais qui ne peut pas ĂȘtre ouverte car la propriĂ©taire n'a pas la clĂ© donc impossible d'aĂ©rer et de faire des courants d'air. Je pourrais en dĂ©crire encore des pages mais je souhaite passer Ă  autre chose car nous avons dĂ©jĂ  perdu 1 semaine sur nos 15 jours de vacances. Et perte de salaire de 600 euros, la semaine nous a coĂ»tĂ© cher entre la location, les restaurants puisque c'Ă©tait tellement sale que nous ne pouvions cuisiner et bien sĂ»r la perte de salaire de ma femme. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas cette location!!!!!

Agréable vacances mais désagréable accueil

Quand nous sommes arrivĂ©s nous avons appelĂ© la propriĂ©taire. Elle nous a dit qu elle avait laissĂ© les clĂ©s sur la porte sans donc nous rencontrer. Nous sommes donc arrivĂ© dans l appartement et avons constatĂ© que le mĂ©nage n Ă©tait pas fait et que l appartement n Ă©tait pas propre. On a donc compris tout de suite pourquoi la propriĂ©taire ne nous avais pas accueilli en personne. Nous avons donc fait le mĂ©nage pendant 2h aprĂšs 8h30 de voiture et aussi trouvĂ© un restant de patte moisie dans une cocotte minute. Si non l appartement en lui mĂȘme est correcte avec vu sur mer en cohĂ©rence avec l annonce. Dommage pour tout le reste.

Propreté qui laisse à désirer

Impossible de joindre le propriĂ©taire Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et ceci pendant plus d’une heure, alors que nous avions prĂ©venu de notre heure d’arrivĂ©e. La propretĂ© de l’Appartement Ă©tait plus que limite. Fuite d’eau Ă  la cuisine sous l’évier et suite Ă  utilisation de lave vaisselle. Ventilateur HS, Ă  la surprise du propriĂ©taire.

GĂŒnstige Unterkunft mit bösem Erwachen

Die angebotene Unterkunft entspricht nicht den gezeigten Bildern und war nicht besonders sauber! Wir wurden in einem anderen Mietobjekt untergebracht, weil die Vermieterin das gezeigte Objekt selbst bewohnte. Da wir mĂŒde waren von der langen Fahrt und Mittleid mit der Ă€lteren Dame hatten, erklĂ€rten wir uns bereit zu bleiben. Die Unterkunft ist sehr renovierungsbedĂŒrftig und besteht aus einem großen Raum mit offener KĂŒche, einem kleinen WC mit Dusche und einem weiteren kleinen Zimmer mit Hochbett. Die TĂŒr zu diesem Zimmer ist kaputt, teilweise hĂ€ngen noch große Glassplitter darin, was Ă€ußerst gefĂ€hrlich fĂŒr kleine Kinder ist. Die Duschbrause im Bad ist defekt, der Wasserstrahl lĂ€sst sich nicht verstellen, die Halterung der Brause fĂ€llt fast von alleine von der Wand. Der Stöpsel vom Waschbecken lĂ€sst sich nicht mehr anheben, so dass das Wasser nur schlecht ablĂ€uft. Die Wohnung heizt sich extrem stark auf und es steht nur ein schwacher Ventilator zur AbkĂŒhlung zur VerfĂŒgung. In einem Schrank haben wir sogar eine Packung Milch gefunden, die bereits seit einem Jahr abgelaufen war. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch verlief kompliziert. Weiterhin hat sich die Vermieterin erlaubt 73,3 % der Kaution einzubehalten, weil angeblich das WC-Rohr repariert werden musste. Das einzige was schön war, war der Strand. Wer also eine gĂŒnstige Unterkunft an einem schönen Strand sucht, die nicht den gezeigten Bildern entspricht, kein Problem damit hat bei 29°C Raumtemperatur zu schlafen und damit leben kann, dass ein Großteil seiner Kaution einbehalten wird, der kann hier buchen, allen anderen raten wir ab.
