Come and discover this lovely 40 m² flat in Leucate, ideally located in a quiet, pleasant residence facing the sea! Close to the town centre and all its activities and amenities, this pied-à-terre is the perfect place to stay for up to 4 people.
You'll have a lovely living room with a lounge area, an enclosed loggia with a dining table for enjoying a good meal overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a shared garden.
Private parking space. Bed linen and towels provided. Pets welcome at extra cost. Extra bed for a child available on request.

Located on the 1st floor accessible by a staircase, the south-east facing accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful, light-filled living room with a sitting area featuring a double sofa bed, coffee table, TV and dining area in an enclosed, east-south facing loggia with a convivial dining table that can seat up to 4 people for a good meal facing the sea!
- A functional, fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker...

Sleeping area:
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and plenty of storage space.
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and hairdryer.
- Separate WC

Communal areas in the residence :
- A large garden planted with trees with direct access to the seafront promenade and the water mirror!

Ideally located in a quiet, pleasant residence with plenty of footpaths, you'll be just 30 m from the beach and close to the town centre and all its shops: bakery, butcher, mini-market, boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Une très bonne expérience pour ma femme et moi. Le petit point d'amélioration, c'est la douche qui a peu de pression sur l'eau chaude. Mais rien de dérangeant. N'hésitez pas."

L'Ariola "Hormis la vue sur mer, passez votre chemin 🙂 La vue sur la mer 🙁 Impossible de prendre une douche chaude car lorsque le mitigeur était tourné vers ""chaud"", il n'y avait plus du tout de pression (l'eau coulait à très faible débit le long du tuyau)... Je n'avais jamais vu ça : honteux (surtout que lorsque j'ai informé l'hôte, elle m'a répondu que c'était lié aux restrictions d'eau du gouvernement à cause à la secheresse et qu'ici ils sont habitués à vivre comme ça... alors qu'il y avait bien de la pression pour l'eau chaude dans l'évier et le lavabo... c'est ce que j'appelle de la mauvaise foi) ! Serviettes fournies : l'hôte nous dit que nous avons 2 serviettes chacun et un tapis de bain. Il s'avère que nous avions chacun une petite serviette (une grande aurait été un minimum!) et... un tapis de bain fin en guise de serviette (incroyable je n'avais jamais vu ça non plus)... Et un gros tapis de bain au sol... Une blague ! L'hôte nous a dit repeindre les portes... on l'a vu, il y avait des tâches bleues dans le lavabo (certainement là où les pinceaux étaient rincés)... Ménage incomplet donc car lavabo sale !"
