Double billed and not fixed

Was billed twice and the hotel won't fix it or communicate with me. I wouldn't recomend based on this double billed practice. Now I have to get the credit card comapny to help me.

Very nice Hotel, we will be back!! Exceptionally Clean, very friendly helpful staff. Dog friendly and it was nice and quiet during our stay. The buffet breakfast was amazing! Best we have ever had in a hotel by far. Tea and coffee was available in the lobby at all times. Look forward to staying again

The front staff were absolutely wonderful. We booked an accessible room and it was large and spacious. The walk in shower was great for the person I support, however once the floor was wet it was very very slippery so not great for someone that falls easy. Overall it was really good.

Overbilled

Was billed twice and it was slightly higher than what was agreed to on hotels.com. Place is ok, pool is really small and doesn't have much capacity. Breakfast is below average. The overbilling is not cool, watch your credit card transactions.

Our stay was very pleasant and our room was clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent and they had coffee and tea on 24/7 in the lobby which was great if we just wanted to take a quick cup up to the room. We didn’t get to use the pool or other amenities.

I have a checklist for hotels and you checked off everything: Breakfast was amazing and lots of variety Beds and pillows were comfortable Room temperature was perfectly balanced Room was clean Shower was great Love the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bonus was the lotion. Plug-ins a plenty Pool and hot tub were great Front desk and breakfast staff were happy, friendly and gave us free bottled water on the way out because the breakfast room was closed to fill our bottles. Thanks and we will be back.

Friendly greeting upon arrival, quick and easy check-in process with complimentary water, coffee and tea service. Stayed in a suite that was large and comfortable. Beds were soft and comfortable. Excited to find a Taco del Mar nearby. Several other options are close by if we were in the mood for something else.
