The hotel was very well situated in the heart of downtown but not too in the center that parking was difficult. Everything was close by and within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying there.

L'hôtel est agréable et le personnel également. Toutefois les lits sont très courts. Collé à la tête de lit mes pieds dépassaient, et je ne fais que 1m75, ce qui est relativement problématique pour un 4 étoiles.

Horrible, scandaleux, y a mieux à Brest!

Arrivé à 21h, l'accès à l'hôtel m'a été interdit et j'ai dû chercher un autre logement sous la pluie car Mossieur le directeur ne voulais ni de mes cartes de crédit, ni de celle d'un ami, ni des espèces pour la caution. En me raccrochant au nez au passage. Personnel à l'accueil professionnel malgré la situation inhumaine. à éviter à tout prix! Très très loin des quatre étoiles affichées... Horrible, scandaleux et attitude grossière et inhumaine du directeur!

Loin d’être un 4 étoiles

Cet hotel est bien loin d’être un 4 étoiles, et les photos sont beaucoup plus jolies que la réalité. Le personnel d’accueil est désagréable, pas de bouteille d’eau dans la chambre, TV rayée, chambre étroite et douche très très étroite, pas de savon ni gel douche à disposition et lit tres inconfortable. Je fais 3 nuits pr semaine à l’hotel en Bretagne et je peux vous confirmer que cet hotel ne mérite absolument pas ses 4 étoiles. Ah oui, et vous n’avez pas le droit de demander des couverts pour votre repas si vous ne mangez pas au resto de l’hotel qui a une carte très limitée et qui ne donne pas très envie. Dernière fois dans cet hotel !

Des mon arriver ils ont prit en photo la carte bleu ce que je n ai jamais vue depuis 5 ans en tant que commerciale et a raison de 5 nuit d hotel par semaine sans compter les déplacements personnel incroyanle de plus si vous commander a manger et que uber ou autre oublie les couvert et que vous en demander a la réception de cette hotel pseudo 4 etoiles ils vous en sera facturé 2 euros la pièces inadmissible de plus l état de la baignoire deplorable je vous passe les detail !!! dans un pseudo 4 etoile pas de bouteille d eau a disposition meme avec le covid les autres vide votre mini bar mais vous laisse quand meme une bouteille d eau ny sejournee pas je vous le decomande de plus j espere que ma carte ne sera pas pirater car je sais que ca viendra de chez eux et non des autre 260 nuit passer dans les autres hotel
