The rooms were clean , staff were friendly . What I liked the most , they would come 2 to 3 times to set up our beds and give us new towels , I haven’t experienced anything like that before. I will definitely recommend and go back there myself.

Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedrale
Great location and being able to park under the hotel was great. Only feedback that we seemed to be charged for the tea/coffee from the machine in the lounge area. Staff on reception very helpful

Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast!
