Villa Tropical Heaven - Terres Basses

We designed the "Tropical Heaven" villa to accommodate our families and friends. We will be delighted to welcome you. The villa is located above La Samana in the very privileged and secure neighborhood of Terres Basses. Surrounded by a tropical garden, the villa has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 2 children. It is built around an open kitchen, the living room, the covered terrace which opens directly onto the infinity pool with a sea view.

Nestled in the exclusive enclave of Terres Basses, in the middle of a tropical garden, the villa "Tropical Heaven" is a few steps from the beach of Baie Longue and the hotel la Samana (Belmond Hotel)

This villa is a refuge of calm, serenity and Caribbean luxury.

Everything here has been designed to make you feel good, whether with friends or family.

The large open kitchen will allow you to have breakfast there, cook or call on a chef for your dinner in front of the swimming pool.

The living room with its high cathedral ceiling offers a very tropical and airy atmosphere (the living room is not air-conditioned)

The whole thing opens onto a magnificent covered terrace which opens onto the heated salt water infinity pool with the sea in the background.

The chic tropical atmosphere will allow you to spend pleasant and relaxing moments.

The villa includes 2 master suites with king size beds which overlook the pool and the sea.

On the same floor there is another bedroom with its small shower room and two twin beds (which can be put together or separated)

On the lower floor, accessible by an external staircase from the terrace, there is a large master suite with a king-size bed as well as a double bed and an office area, all overlooking a tropical garden.

Guests can use the entire house

We are available anytime and we live right next door.

If you wish, it is possible to add additional services such as car rental, massages, apartment pre-stocking, home chefs, additional cleaning, or activities... just ask us.

Regarding access to the house's private swimming pool, we made it to French standards, it has a detection alarm in case of falling into the water.

This alarm can be activated or deactivated at your discretion and under your responsibility.

However, we would like to point out that there is no barrier between the terrace and the swimming pool as you can see in the photos.

Extra vigilance will therefore be required on your part, especially if you are coming with children or people who cannot swim. Access to the water is via an internal step running the entire length between the terrace and the pool, this step allows young children to have a foothold. Furthermore, the maximum depth of the pool is approximately 1.50m.

Being in compliance with French law, we will decline all responsibility in the event of an accident.
