Appartement bien situĂ©, propre et avec une trĂšs belle vue sur l’ocĂ©an, ce qui a rendu notre sĂ©jour agrĂ©able.Cependant, quelques points sont Ă  amĂ©liorer : il n’y avait pas de produit vaisselle visible, ce qui peut ĂȘtre contraignant Ă  l’arrivĂ©e. Les couverts, bien qu'en mĂ©tal argentĂ©, sont vĂ©tustes et usĂ©s par le temps.Nous avons Ă©galement Ă©tĂ© surpris que l’électricitĂ© ne soit pas incluse dans le prix de la location : nous avons payĂ© 3,77 pour seulement deux jours, sans utiliser ni chauffage ni cuisine, uniquement le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur et le cumulus. Cela reprĂ©senterait environ 688 par an, ce qui semble excessif sans usage intensif.Enfin, il serait utile de prĂ©ciser clairement dans l’annonce que le lit est dĂ©pourvu de draps, afin d’éviter toute confusion.

Nous souhaitions une location avec vue sur la mer et nous avons Ă©tĂ© comblĂ©s. Balcon donnant directement sur les rochers. Parking privĂ© fermĂ© c'est vraiment bien. Par contre, nous savions que l'appartement Ă©tait petit....mais pas Ă  ce point ! Toute petite chambre avec impossibilitĂ© de tourner autour du lit ! La location des draps Ă©tait vraiment succinte : Une taie d'oreiller dĂ©chirĂ©e, drap plat au lieu d'un drap housse tout de mĂȘme plus pratique quand on ne peut pas faire le tour du lit ! Pas de WIFI ni de box. Nous recommandons cette location Ă  des personnes pas exigeantes. Un point positif : des viviers juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© avec possibilitĂ© d'acheter des huitres ouvertes par le patron trĂšs sympa.

Studio sympa avec belle vue sur la mer

Le studio est trĂšs agrĂ©able, avec la terrasse offrant une belle vue sur la cĂŽte sauvage. Le quartier de la Chaume est tranquille. 20’ Ă  pied jusqu’au passeur pour se rendre aux Sables. L’idĂ©al Ă©tant de disposer de vĂ©los pour circuler en toute sĂ©curitĂ© et sans effort.
