On the ground floor, the living area (lounge/dining room/kitchen) opens onto a large, tree-lined terrace, offering plenty of light and a peaceful atmosphere. A bathroom with walk-in shower and a garage (for bikes or a very small car) complete this level.



Upstairs, four bedrooms await you: two rooms each with a 160 cm bed, one alcove bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and one bedroom with two 90 cm bunk beds.
