That this hotel should be deemed 'wonderful' in the rating is ridiculous. The hotel was cheap and quiet but down-at-heel and the room was full of cobwebs. The duvet stank.

A lovely spot with a tucked away feel yet you have the beach, restaurants, surf hire and more on your doorstep. Relaxed and casual style hotel with continental breakfast option. Standard rooms. The staff are wonderful, hospitable, and very helpful - going out of their way to make sure you have a what you need in order to have a good time. For a 2-3 day get away or just a quick stop I would definitely recommend. If I get back to Les Sables d’Olonne this is the first place I’ll look for a place to stay.

C'était un excellent petit séjour. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la plage et de la promenade, avec de nombreux restaurants, cafés et bars à proximité. Le lit était confortable, le personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Un hébergement simple, chaleureux et idéal pour profiter de la mer et de la grande plage de sable.

Ce petit hôtel charmant est situé à quelques pas seulement de la plage, ce qui est parfait pour profiter du soleil et de la mer. La chambre était impeccable et la salle de bain fonctionnelle, même si un petit rideau à la fenêtre serait appréciable pour plus d’intimité, car il y a quelques vis-à-vis. Malheureusement, notre séjour a coïncidé avec une vague de chaleur, et la chambre n’était pas climatisée. Le petit ventilateur fourni n’a pas suffi à rafraîchir l’air Le petit-déjeuner était léger, sans viennoiseries ni charcuterie. On proposait un seul fromage en barquette, ainsi que du pain et de la brioche. Pas de miel ni de pâte à tartiner, mais l’accueil chaleureux du chat à l’entrée a compensé ce petit manque. Il a illuminé notre matinée !

Personnel agréable au téléphone ainsi qu'à l'accueil pour mon arrivée, ensuite, et bien n'ai plus vu personne des 2 jours. Vielle bâtisse typique avec du cachet pour l'extérieur, ensuite à l'intérieur il n'y a pas grand chose de fait pour moderniser le lieu, je dirais même, c'est dans son jus. Pour ce qui est de la propreté, ça va, c' est propre mais pas fait dans le détaille non plus. Mais il y a de bonnes choses, une jolie terrasse bien aménagé qui est un vrai plus mais surtout quand vous sortez de l'hôtel 30 secondes suffisent pour être au bord de l'océan !

Je n'ai pas dormi chez vous parce que vous ne m'avez pas envoyé de mail de réservation, pas d'adresse, vous avez encaissé pour les deux jours, mais sans adresse de l'hôtel, comment voulez-vous que je devine l'endroit, du coup je me suis rabattu sur un autre hôtel et au lieu de passer deux jours , je n'ai passé qu'une nuit, et je suis rentré chez moi. J'ai tout de suite pensé à une arnaque , prouvrez moi que ce n'en est pas une, j'attends de vos nouvelles. Merci d'avance, Cordialement Serhani

Idéalement placé, confort et convivialité !

Très bon accueil. Personnel très à l'écoute. De plus, j'ai bénéficié d' horaires d'arrivée et de départ très souples et arrangeants. ( mon séjour était mi-septembre : arrière-saison). L'hôtel et cantine de la plage est un lieu convivial de par l'aménagement de l'espace et la décoration qui donne envie de se poser dans le salon et sous la véranda pour y passer du temps. Un bémol : un peu de moisissure sur les montants de la douche sinon très bien !

J’ai adoré mon séjour à l’hôtel & cantine de la plage. Hôte très sympathique. Simple mais sympa. Très calme. Super bien situé, en face de la grande plage et tout près du centre ville et pas loin non plus de la plage de Tanchet. Ambiance familiale. Merci.
