Between the large beach and the city center, spacious and bright accommodation on the 1st floor of the house, well insulated (no wind grout) and well heated in winter. Bathroom: Bath. Bathroom sink. 2 ladders and 1 rod for drying towels. Towels are available on a shelf above the door. Washing machine (user manual in blue briefcase) Garden terrace (on certain dates): in rubber. 1 table and 6 eucalyptus chairs and 6 seat cushions. 1 child's table, 2 stools and 1 plastic chair. 1 wrought iron sofa bed with mattress, 3 cushions and 2 small cushions, 2 large orange and yellow square poufs, 1 umbrella and 2 shade sails.

Agréable séjour
La propriétaire est très accueillante et nous mets vite a l'aise afin de se sentir comme chez soit. Le logement est très bien équipé, la literie très bonne. Le petit moins étant le frigidaire un peu trop petit surtout avec la chaleur ou l'on met beaucoup de chose au frais. Le logement est très bien placé pas loin de la plage et des commerces de première nécessite. Possibilité de garer la voiture devant la maison et tout faire à pied. Je garde l'adresse et recommande

Propriétaire très accueillante. Location bien située proche de la mer et des commerces. Appartement lumineux et propre. Juste une remarque: le frigo est trop petit pour 2 adultes et deux enfants.Rien d'autre à signaler. Je recommande.

Sehr schöne kleine Ferienwohnung!
Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, es gibt alles was man braucht! Auch die Lage war für uns genau richtig, max. 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, genauso vom Strand und zum Zentrum. Mamut ist eine sehr liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin, auch wenn wir uns nicht perfekt verständigen konnten :). Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

bien situé et agréable
le bien est très bien situé avec le stationnement en prime, heureusement car les parkings sont complets à cette période estivale , l' inconvénient de la proximité de tout est une rue passante , mais les chambres donnent sur l' arrière, le plus , la petite terrasse derrière , super. Nous avons apprécié ce sejour, dans cet appartement très agréable par son espace, sa luminosité, son calme, et son coût, il est super bien équipé (rien ne manque, literie exceptionnelle) et situé (voiture inutile sauf pour visiter la région), depuis le temps que nous passons et réservons nos vacances aux sables d'Olonne, désormais, nous le privilégierons et le conseillerons autour de nous.
