Contemporary architecture, large living room on the ground floor opening onto a terrace and a private garden, separate toilet, large closet, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilet. Possibility of fitting out the rooms into twin beds (90X200) or double beds (200X200 in the parents' room). Reserved parking, fully closed property (access code in the evening), adjoining the Club Méditerranée de la Palmyre. Many activities nearby: golf (9 and 18 holes), horse riding, walking, cycling, tennis, sailing, surfing, kite, zoo, golf restaurant on site, spa 15km ....
