Dans l’ensemble, notre séjour aux Deux Alpes s’est bien déroulé. L’appartement est bien situé, à proximité des commerces, spacieux, bien aménagé et correctement équipé, permettant d’accueillir jusqu’à 10 personnes sans difficulté. Le propriétaire s’est montré sympathique, réactif et arrangeant tout au long de nos échanges.Cependant, nous avons été surpris à notre arrivée lorsque le concierge nous a demandé une caution de 1000 euros, alors que celle-ci n’était mentionnée ni dans l’annonce ni dans nos échanges préalables avec le propriétaire. Le concierge s’est montré peu conciliant à ce sujet, nous avons dû insister pour qu’il contacte le propriétaire, qui a finalement confirmé qu’aucune caution n’était à verser.Par ailleurs, la propreté générale de l’appartement laissait à désirer. Nous avons dû refaire le ménage à notre arrivée : présence de poussière, sols sales, cuisine collante, micro-ondes très encrassé, nappe non lavée, etc. Les couettes étaient tachées et plusieurs chaises étaient cassées.Enfin, une caution de 200 euros est demandée en cas de ménage non effectué en fin de séjour, ce qui interroge au vu de l’état de propreté à notre arrivée.
