Beautiful apartment very well located on the 1st floor with elevator in building Sappey, located in J4 on the map of the resort, just 100m from the Belle Etoile chairlift and 400m from the Jandri gondola (accessible by ski lift-grouse at the beautiful chairlift star)!
Beautiful apartment of 38m2, well lit, warm with its living room and views of main street and mountain Pied moutet (and ski slopes).
All comfort, well equipped and functional to satisfy you and allow you a sporting and relaxing holidays.
Indeed, the balcony is in the sun in the afternoon, ideal for a drink after a good day of skiing or mountain biking in summer!
Spacious bathroom and washing machine, convenient for less fill the bags, especially with children!
Beds: 3 bunk beds and a trundle bed in the sleeping area (4 single beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. Capacity of 6 people
The shops (bakeries, locaton equipment skis, packages) are very close (from 50 to 450m max) and the restaurants are also side.
A private parking at the building will allow you to put the car and enjoy walking from the station throughout the week! Ideal for strolling and having a good time without walking too much!

Appartement tres bien équipé et spacieux , tres bien situé au pied des pistes et du rassemblement ESF , proche des commerces . L immeuble est calme car légèrement retiré de l avenue principale et les parties communes impeccables . L accueil des propriétaires a été parfait
