For rent 7 days minimum (from Saturday to Saturday) Grand Studio of 31m ² on the ground floor for 4 adults and 2 children-adolescents up to 16 years (bunk beds up to 160cm) completely renovated ideally located opposite (crossing the Place des 2 Alpes) JANDRI EXPRESS (main lifts and central station), the ESF, the Tourist Office, the pool and the ice rink.
The apartment consists of a large living room (2 sofa beds, a large dining table 7 people, a fireplace, a view of the mountains from the track Valentin to that of the Devil), d 'entry corner cabin double bunk beds, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a ski locker on the same floor.
This studio is in a very quiet residence of 3 floors "La Sénéou" in withdrawal and elevation of the main axis of the station, the avenue de la Muzelle.
It has an interior finish "chalet" both elegant and modern. The equipment is complete and upscale (flat screen, 4 hotplates, oven, hood, microwave, small dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner and broom, washing machine 6kg and iron ironing, hair dryer ...).
For the new bedding, two 3 seater sofas convertible 2 sleeping places and two bunk beds 160cm x 80cm.
Private public parking is available depending on arrivals. The residence is located right next to the U Express and several other shops.
In the rental price are included the consumption of water, electricity, heating and the settlement of the tourist tax.
Be careful, sheets and towels are not provided. A deposit check of 90 € will be asked on the day of your arrival and returned on the day of departure if the cleaning has been done.
