Echt frans appartement op een toplocatie

De locatie is top. Je skiet vanaf het appartement naar meerdere liften en je wandelt in 15 minuten naar het centrum van Les Munieres. De parkeerplaats in de garage is ook fijn. Je loopt met je spullen binnendoor naar het appartement. Voor 6 volwassenen is het appartement echt te klein. Er zijn 3 onderschuifbedden en er is dus geen volwaardig 2-persoonsbed. Wel 2 badkamers en keuken met vaatwasser. Op het balkon staan geen stoelen maar het heeft wel een mooi uitzicht.

Wc stortbak moet gerepareerd worden volgens eerdere huurders was dit vorig jaar ook al aan de hand. Water Blijft doorlopen en maakt piepend geluid. Veel beschadigingen in huisje. Badkamers prima in orde.

Présence d'un bar sous les fenêtres non signalé e

L'appartement serait très agréable (avec de nombreux rangements très utiles) s'il ne surplombait pas la terrasse d'un bar. Nous avons subi 3 fois dans la semaine de la musique très forte en rentrant du ski en fin d'après-midi. Certes cela durait uniquement 1 heure mais ce devrait être signalé pour choisir en connaissance de cause. Le ménage avant notre arrivée (d'une durée de 10 mn, nous attendions devant la porte) était un peu sommaire.

Appartement à rafraichir, ménage à améliorer

Ménage à refaire : Papiers sales sous mits, wc douteux, freezer frigo non dégivré avec glace tachée de sang de viandes ou autres, de nombreux plats et casseroles sales et gras, moutons gras collés sous le meuble au dessus de l'évier, poussière pas faite, couvercle poubelle sale, peintures à refaire, pas de micro ondes . barre de sécurité emplacement parking toujours arrachée comme il y a 3 ans (nous avions loué cet appart en 2013)
