It is 5 minutes from the ESF ski school and the childcare centre (3-5 years old), 5 minutes from the shops and it is ski in ski out. It is close to the ski lockers and has direct access to the parking garage by a pedestrian path.
It enjoys a double exposure: south side for the living room with a mountain view and north side for the bedroom with a valley view.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The living room is furnished with a convertible sofa bed (160x200 cm) and the bedroom with a set of bunk beds (90x190 cm), and an extra bed. Duvets are provided for all beds.
