Perched on the heights of the Estérel Regional Natural Park, this accommodation offers an exceptional 180 ° East / South / West panoramic view (sea view), for lovers of nature and wide open spaces!

You enjoy 2 fully private terraces, including a large 25m², not overlooked, to admire the sunrise and sunset.

Contemporary and warm furnishings, the site is very quiet and sunny.

You have free access to the common area (garden, pergola, swimming pool and jacuzzi), shared with the owners (2 people).



The swimming pool is generally operational from mid-May to the end of September, and the jacuzzi from April to October.



The location is ideal on the edge of the village of Adrets de l'Estérel, in the heart of the massif of red rocks of the Estérel, 5 minutes from Lake StCatien, or 20 minutes from the beaches and wild creeks.

The village is accessible on foot (400m), you will find restaurants, snacks, a market twice a week, and all shops).

At 350m altitude, the nights are pleasant even in the middle of summer! But the air conditioning is there if needed.

A place to recharge your batteries (swimming pool, jacuzzi), or to work out (mountain biking, cycling, hiking, paddleboarding, tennis, swimming, golf ...)!

You will find on site a very good quality electric mountain bike rental company, to go and explore the park to the seaside, through beautiful trails.

Access to the motorway 5 minutes, to easily visit the whole region (Nice 30 minutes, Cannes 15 minutes).





Please note that the access to the loft is via a staircase, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
