Charming Duplex in the heart of Leonardtown

This bright, stylish duplex is the perfect base to explore St Mary’s county. Nestled in downtown Leonardtown , this contemporary living space has everything to make you feel at home – WiFi, Netflix, washer and dryer, queen size beds in 2 of the 3 bedrooms, two twin beds in the 3rd. Kitchen is well equipped with just about everything you might need including basic spices, sugar and cooking oil. Spend your evenings relaxing on the back deck under the soft lighting.

Master and secondary bedroom each has a new (as of 02/2022) queen mattress. Third bedroom has a 2 twin beds. Sectional couch in the living room. Dining table with seating for six plus kitchen island has additional seating for two. Back deck has a bistro table and seating for two. Half bathroom downstairs, two full bathrooms upstairs. Laundry room has newly upgraded front loading washer and dryer. 65” Smart tv downstairs, plus smart tvs in every bedroom. Queen air mattress available upon request. Wifi speeds are over 400 mbps download and 50 mbps upload.

Home is centrally located in Leonardtown within walking distance of several restaurants and shopping. Two off street parking spots are located directly out front along with additional street parking.

No food allowed upstairs.

While I do find that the area is not noisy there is a fire station appx 2 blocks away and if there is an emergency they will activate the sirens and you will hear them inside the house.

We had a great stay here! The home is well appointed, very comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. Great location downtown, check in and check out were seamless. The host was quick to respond to questions and made sure the parking area and front steps were clear and free of ice after the recent winter storm. We hope to stay here again!

Bridal luncheon

Was looking for a place for a bridal luncheon in Leonardtown. Great location and The Front Porch where the luncheon was at, was within walking distance along with a lot of other restaurants and shops. Stayed there with 2 other relatives and we all enjoyed this place. I have stayed at other places when I come up from NC for family events and those are nothing compared to this townhouse. Will definitely see if available everytime we come up from now on.
