The room was pretty dirty, and we found flies on the bathroom and 1 dead coucruch. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We had stayed here before and it was OK, but quality is pretty low now.

This was such a great location for the Feria de Leon. And the big plus - while inside you had no idea of chaos outside. You really do feel like you are OUT of the city madness. Best of both worlds. Now I’ll look forward to each year that I attend the Palenque or the Feria.

Clean room, all areas inside and out at the pool were picture perfect, with an unbelievable waterfall in the pool and a lobby set up like a scene from an unforgettable classic movie, a restaurant serving great food with a unique atmosphere and one of a kind serving from staff that make your feel like royalty everything time you say thank you their reply was always “it’s a privilege to serve you sir or madam.” Outstanding!!! Gracias a todos.
