No check in desk, new to me. Total colossal failure to communicate. Could nor reach these people on phone or on line. I had a tenant i met ( i knocked on tenants door) try to call the hotel as well a a business attached to the building. No answer on phone. I left, as it was getting late, i was charged for room in any case. I am bike touring,. Standing outside a building, no communication in foreign country, blows.

A puzzle of a place.

No teception area, had no idea how to get into the room. Did not a code would be sent by e-mail. Not very well marked on the street. Staircase was steep and dangerous, no lift so heavy baggage is a problem.

TrÚs négatif je n'ai pas pu accéder à ma chambre car les clefs étaient accessibles depuis l'extérieur dans un dispositif sécurisé que je ne suis parvenu à ouvrir bien que disposant d'un code censé le permettre. SystĂ©matiquement le frigo est baissĂ© et systĂ©matiquement il dĂ©congĂšle du coup le d’opaline et le torchon sont trempĂ© car servent Ă  Ă©ponger l eau qui coule dĂšs que l on ouvre le frigo !!! Cela fait plusieurs fois que cela se produit et je suis client rĂ©gulier car chantier dans les environs ... pourquoi ne pas laisser Ă  3 pour Ă©viter au moins qu il dĂ©congĂšle c est pĂ©nible tout de mĂȘme !!!

Lorsque nous sommes arrivĂ©s rue du Quatre Septembre Ă  Lens, nous avons Ă©tĂ© surpris de ne pas ĂȘtre informĂ©s sur le moyen d'obtenir la clĂ© de l'appartement. Ce n'est qu'aprĂšs de nombreux appels tĂ©lĂ©phoniques - notamment Ă  l'opĂ©rateur de voyage ExpĂ©dia qui ne nous a jamais rĂ©pondu - que nous avons rĂ©ussi Ă  joindre le propriĂ©taire. D'autres personnes Ă©taient dans notre cas. Nous nous sommes aidĂ©s mutuellement. Par ailleurs, les tĂ©lĂ©commandes ne permettaient pas d'utiliser la TV. Enfin, un bruit fort de ventilation gĂȘnait le sommeil.
