Staff were very friendly and helpful, generously assisting my disabled husband. Access to our disabled room was step-free, and the bedroom and wet room were spacious. However, the bedside shelves were poorly built and both fell to the floor in use; the two bedside lamps didn't work properly, and had only one bulb between them. We ate dinner at the hotel rather than search out a restaurant, as we were tired, but the meal was mediocre at best. The wet room was well designed apart from the drainage - the tiled floor sloped incorrectly so that the shower water headed for the corner where the toilet was. My husband showered after we arrived, so we had to step into water to use the loo each time, not very pleasant.
