Our room was very large and clean and the beds and pillows quite comfortable. Our bathtub had a problem switching from shower to tub, but it was fixed while we were out, so that was great -- it was a nice deep and well-contoured bathtub. We also got a microwave immediately upon request. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The swimming pool's water was a comfortable but not too warm temperature, as was the surrounding air.
The buffet was fine. The only (extra nice) addition we'd have liked would have been fruit cocktail or a better fruit variety; only over-ripe bananas were on offer for fruit the two mornings we were there. But the rest of the buffet was perfect. (I really liked that the scrambled eggs had no cheese added as happens too often; these probably had just a little salt.) There was a nice variety of bakery items too.
Some kind of repair was needed near our room which required loud hammering for a few minutes beginning at 9am, when our teenager was still sleeping, so that was disappointing. Thankfully it didn't last long though.
