Charming 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home on prime corner lot in downtown Leland. Exceptional location offers fantastic walkability in town, spacious interior as well as featuring a large private backyard.

New to the rental market, this generational family property has been home to great vacations throughout the years. Now, the new owners look forward to welcoming families who are seeking to make their own special vacation memories - just as the owners themselves have done in the past.
The space
Enjoy two ensuite bedrooms, the newly remodeled 2.5 baths (one with a tub), spacious living area which includes two living rooms, dining room and a three seasons porch. Two queen beds are equipped with Sleep Number beds. Sofa in one of the living rooms converts to a queen bed.

Rear porch area has an area for outdoor grilling and dining, as well as a firepit for fires. Seasoned firewood is available onsite.

Backyard is 85% fenced for a pet, however there are a couple of potential "escape hatches," especially for jumpers, or the exceptionally talented escape artists.
