positiv:- tolle Wohnung- ideale Lage- Aufzugnegativ: viele Kleinigkeiten, die das Gesamtbild trüben, wie - Jalousien zum Balkon alle unbrauchbar- mehrere Türklinken fallen ab (Schrauben fehlen)- Lattenroste sehr einfach- einige Abflüsse laufen nicht gut ab- Beleuchtung Balkon defekt

Schöne Stadtwohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren drei Paare und hatten mit dieser Wohnung ein gutes Quartier. Die Lage ist sehr gut fußläufig zum Zentrum und Zoo. Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse ist ein Highlight.Die Parksituation ist schwierig unmittelbar an der Wohnung. Das Parkhaus am Zoo zum abstellen ist aber sehr gute Option.

Die Wohnung hat einen Kamin, der es nach einem Bummel durch die Stadt in der Vorweihnachtszeit richtig warm und angenehm wohnlich werden lässt.Außerdem war die Wohnung dezent weihnachtlich dekoriert.
