The apartment is furnished in a way, that your guests feel good in it.

The accommodation is entirely at your disposal. It is accessible through a separate, private entrance on the side of the house.

We will not be present in person, but we are available by phone and chat for any questions or issues you may have.

The apartment is ideally situated between the Karli and the Fockeberg (a hill and large forest). Whether you want to explore the city or enjoy nature, the location is perfect for both. The city center can be reached by tram in around 17 or by car in approximately 8 minutes.

The billiard table can be transformed into a large dining table with 2 parts of the tabletop. In the living room, there is a sofa bed, and there is another small room with a sofa bed and a television. Additionally, there are 2 bedrooms, where 3 people and 2 people can sleep, respectively (see pictures).
