Expensive and hard to access

The price is too high. It is difficult to find and access. The breakfast buffet is correct but there was no seat available to sit. The carpet was very dirty. The bed was Ok. At the bar, it was difficult to get service. We felt like we were disturbing the two young ladies. However, the hotel is well located.

Finding the entrance to the property was a challenge. Only one small elevator would hold maybe 4 -5 people with luggage and was also used by housekeeping staff with carts. This made waiting even longer especially at check in/out. One needed to go up to fifth floor for Registration to check in or out then back down to street level to exit the property.

Tolles Hotel in perfekter Lage

Sehr netter Empfang im Hotel mit einem Glas Sekt. Sehr höfliche Mitarbeiter. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Bad war großzügig und sehr schön. Frühstück war wirklich gut in schönen Räumen in der fünften Etage. Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Einkaufsstraße.

Good place to stay in downtown Leipzig

Good place to stay in central Leipzig, close to the main train station and located inside the pedestrian-only shopping zone. A famous Leipzig evangelical church (Nikolaikirche) is right next door. The buffet-style breakfasts were very good with ample choices of hot and cold items available. The room and bathroom were fine with a modern interior and functional fixtures. The internet was a great problem. One just could not connect from the first floor, where our room was. Likewise, the TV had no workable connection. No program ever loaded. Well, but therefore the Leipzig Opera House and a concert hall are within walking distance. Reception and breakfast room personnel were exceptional.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was sparkling clean, from the rooms to the common areas, which made my stay incredibly comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—situated right on the pedestrian area, it’s surrounded by lovely shops and restaurants and is just a short stroll to the city center. The hotel’s beautiful design was a delight, with every detail thoughtfully considered and in pristine condition. It’s clear that great care has been taken to maintain a high standard of quality throughout. What truly stood out, though, was the kind and helpful staff. They ensure my stay was perfect, offering great recommendations and always greeting me with a smile. I can’t recommend this hotel enough—it’s a gem that made my trip unforgettable!
