Wir hatten uns auf eine schöne Zeit in Leipzig mit unseren Kindern (2 und 6 J.) gefreut und erlebten dann jedoch eine böse Überraschung. Die Lage des Apartments ist bestens, Check-In leider nicht wie gedacht (Zahlenschloss nicht so leichtgängig wie erhofft; keinerlei Angabe, auf welcher Etage sich das Apartment befindet; fehlendes Schild an der Wohnungstür selbst) - brauchten daher bestimmt 20 min für den Check-In. Das Apartment wirkte auf den ersten Blick sauber, ordentlich - entsprechend der Bilder. Dann kam der Schock: Ein sympathischer, vertrauenswürdiger Mieter des Hauses, der aus seiner Wohnung in derselben Etage (4. OG) kam, sah uns mit unseren Kindern und fragte meinen Mann, ob er kurz mit ihm sprechen könne. Er erklärte ihm, dass das Apartment in letzter Zeit von Prostituierten genutzt worden sei, Freier vor der Tür gestanden hätten und es auch vor kurzem eine Messerstecherei direkt vor der Tür des Apartments gegeben hätte. Er riet uns vor diesem Hintergrund dringend, abends/nachts die Tür bei Klopfen/Klingeln auf keinen Fall zu öffnen. Wir konnten mit diesem Wissen nicht bleiben und reisten direkt ab. Wir kontaktierten den Gastgeber sofort, der Vorfälle jeglicher Art abstritt und unserer Forderung nach vollständiger Rückerstattung nicht entgegen kam. Wir erkundigten uns bei der Polizeidirektion in Leipzig, die uns den Vorfall bestätigte. Trotz der behördlichen Bestätigung kam keine Rückerstattung vom Gastgeber, was uns bis heute tief erschüttert und verärgert.

Das Zimmer war nur für 2 Personen vorbereitet, obwohl 4 angemeldet waren. Handtücher entsprechend auch nur für 2 Personen. Unter dem Schlafzimmerbett war alles voller Staub. Das Geschirr war auch nicht für 4 Personen ausgelegt. Es gab keine Kaffeekanne, somit war die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktionsfähig. Das Dachfenster im Bad konnte nicht geschlossen werden, wodurch die Lüftung dauerhaft lief.

Alles bestens
Waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern zu Gast. Der Schlüssel war anhand der separaten Anleitung gut zu finden. Die Räumlichkeiten waren alle sauber und gut möbliert. Das Badezimmer ist durch das Dachfenster schön hell. Die großen Fenster besitzen Außenjalousien, die per Schalter hoch- und runtergefahren werden können. Die Küche verfügt über Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Es waren auch genügend Geschirr vorhanden.Wir hatten das Zimmer auch wegen des Balkons gemietet, da wir diesen sehr schön fanden. Lediglich das Holz müsste in Zukunft mal ausgetauscht werden. Aber aktuell geht das alles noch.Durch die großen Fenster wird es im Sommer natürlich recht warm. Durch die Nähe zum Zentrum hat man aber auch immer den "Lärm" der Straßenbahn. So muss man sich nachts entscheiden, ob man in der Wärme oder mit der nächtlichen Lautstärke einschlafen möchte. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter ja nichts.Ein Fernseher ist auch vorhanden, welcher auch die Filme, die wir für die Kinder auf dem USB-Stick mitgebracht haben, alle abspielen konnte.Im Treppenhaus sollte man den Nachbarn zuliebe eher den Fahrstuhl wählen, da die Holzstufen schon recht knartschen.Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt sehr schön und wir würden das Zimmer wieder buchen.
