Guests can access the entire home except for owners closet in the master bedroom.
Other things to note
Smoking Policy:
This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs. Smoking outside or on patio is okay.

Quiet Hours:
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, we request you to abide by quiet hours (10pm-6am) and keep outdoor noise activity to a minimum.


Occupancy Limits:
Please update the proper guest count on your reservation. Your guests are welcome and we understand plans sometimes change last minute, we just ask you keep is informed.

Parties/ Events:
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

ID Verification:
IDs may be requested for all non-AirBNB bookings. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

Parking:
We have a large driveway that can accommodate 5+ cars. 3 Cars can be parked side by side by the house and the rest will have to be parked back to back. Garage is not available for parking as it is converted into a game room.
The drive is sloped but not super steep. We can also accommodate RVs, boat trailers and campers.

EV Charging:
EV charger is available for free. The charger is located inside the garage at the moment.

Hot Tub and Sauna:
- The Hot Tub and Sauna is available for USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. The hosts and owners are not responsible for any injuries that result from the use of these amenities
- Children must be supervised all times if they use these facilities.
- The hot tub will be professionally cleaned every turn and balanced.

Refund Policy:
- There are NO REFUNDS allowed for Weather, Natural Disasters, Power Outages, and other circumstances that are beyond our control.

Grill:
- Grill tools are available in the outdoor kitchen.
- Use the grill brush (located in the grill cabinet) to clean the grill before and after use.

Pets:
WELL BEHAVED pets are welcome with a separate non refundable pet fee of $150 per 2 pets per stay.

Check-In & Check-Out:
We will try to accommodate early Check-In and late Check-out when possible but generally cannot commit to it until the day before. It depends on if we have other bookings before or after your stay and the cleaner schedule. Due to the size of this property, our cleaners require the full amount of allotted time to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitary guidelines. If we receive word from our cleaner that the property will be ready ahead of the scheduled Check-In time, we will communicate to the guest and let them know the property is ready for them ahead of schedule.
