The sun terrace and garden, shaded by a chestnut tree, provide a private outdoor area for the apartment. It's a great spot for barbecuing, relaxing in a sun lounger with a book, or watching hikers make their way up the old stone steps to the nearby Frauenberg hill. The apartment entrance is right next to the terrace; a few steps up the comfortable oak staircase lead directly into the open-plan living area. Several panoramic windows make the apartment bright and welcoming.

The apartment, which accommodates 2 to 5 people, features:

direct access to the courtyard and a private outdoor area;

a very well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area;

Free parking and secure bicycle storage are available on the property. Smoking is permitted outdoors.

In the garden with its covered pergola, you are invited to relax and enjoy the picturesque views of the Silberberg winery and Seggau Castle, with seating and sun loungers.
