This home built late Oct 2012 features a spacious master bedroom with walk-in closet and a master bathroom with two sinks, lots of cabinet space and a walk-in shower. There's plenty of room, one guest bedroom with direct access to the pool area. The 2nd full bath shared by the 2 guest bedrooms Large walk in shower . All of our beds and pillows are protected with dust mite and bed bug protectors.

The living area has a large open floor plan, great for entertaining or having just moments for yourself. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for your culinary delights. With large, wide Corian countertops, you have plenty of room to cook while your guests can relax at the kitchen bar.

No expense was spared in furnishing our dining and living areas. A large table comfortably seats up to 8. The living room features warm, furnishings and a 55" Flat Screen TV -satellite TV & DVR Programming and a 40" Flat Screen TV in the Master Bed room and guest bedroom (Local Channels)

High speed WiFi is throughout the house and pool area so you can always stay connected. The lanai has plenty of seating for eating a nice steak from the BBQ grill or relaxing and/ enjoy and get a nice drink at our own small Tiki Bar with 4 barstools
The pool is solar heated for the perfect swimming temperature anytime of day or night. Solar blanket provided for cool winter nights to keep the water warm.

A lot of care and attention to detail were taken in designing, building and furnishing this house for the perfect, relaxing getaway. In addition to the house itself, is the location. Lehigh Acres has a small town feel, while being close to all the attractions of Southwest Florida. Beaches, Golf, shopping and fantastic restaurants are just a short car ride away. The house is located on a quiet, private street perfect for relaxing for hours by the screened in pool.
