5 bedrooms (5 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, one with 2 extra 90 cm beds)
2 bathrooms,
1 shower room,
3 toilets,
2 verandas,
1 large living room all on a beautiful plot of 1000m2 fenced.
In a calm and green environment.
Located at the Petit Piquey between the basin and the ocean, all you need to do is 5 minutes by bike to reach the basin or the shops, if you prefer the ocean you will have 15 minutes to pedal, all of this can be reached by car more quickly of course.
The center of the petit piquey has several small shops including, fishmonger, small casino, butcher, organic bakery, pharmacy, restaurant, pizzeria etc ... and of course the nearby beach and oyster tastings too ...
Many activities such as canoeing, tree climbing, mini golf, walking center etc. are possible within a radius of 8 km.
Supermarket (Super U) at 6 km.
The Villa is equipped with wifi.
We provide barbecue, plancha American fridge and all the equipment necessary for a good holiday.
If you have a baby a cot and a stroller can be loaned to you, possibility of making more equipment available on request.
