Propriété idéalement placée (située dans les 44 hectares et bassin accessible à pieds) ayant 5 chambres et 2 salles de bain (dont une située au niveau moins 1 de la maison). Seul bémol : on entend tout à travers les pièces et dès que les enfants jouent sur la terrasse en bois cela raisonne dans la maison.
