On the ground floor: A large, bright living room opening onto a pleasant south-east-facing terrace, a fully equipped and new kitchen and a storeroom with a shower, washing machine, dryer. Finally, a separate toilet.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms including a master suite with a 160 bed, its bathroom with toilet opening onto a wooden balcony with a view of the Bay. A second bedroom with an 80 bed, a third bedroom with 2 80 bunk beds and a water point, a fourth bedroom with a 160 bed with a view of the Bay.
In addition, a separate shower room with toilet.
A pleasant fenced garden of approximately 600 m2 with access to the pool, gas plancha.
Possibility to park a vehicle in the garden.
