The house offers one bedroom and a bathroom that can accommodate up to 4 guests. We have created a unique dining room, by transforming the kitchen island into a cooking and eating meeting point since the kitchen hobs are surrounded by comfortable stools.
A welcoming sofa with fluffy pillows has been placed against an entertainment center with a huge smart TV (55 inches) for movies and gaming. In the outdoors, the time stops while enjoying the magnificent view from the sunbeds just next to the private infinity pool of approx. 30sqm.
Large cozy dining area is at guest’s disposal, offering moments of relaxation, comfort, and unaffected luxury.
In front of the house expands a large garden with access to olive trees, flowers, and herbs offering a perfect place to enjoy your favorite book accompanied with a glass of local wine.
