Disliked: Cleanliness
Do not stay at this property. At this price, we didn't expect perfection but we did expect things to be clean. Although the pictures are accurate, there are things you don't see. Throughout: filthy floors, walls poorly patched, a permeating stink of at least six different scents of air freshener, chocolate?, and lingering tobacco. Front door lock would not open (side door lock opened fine). Bath: laminate countertops peeling apart and no caulking, rusted and rotted light fixture, toilet paper holder that was more duct tape than holder, and comically one contact lens on the floor. Kitchen: only four coffee mugs, laminate plates - all with the price and manufacturing stickers still on them. I got the distinct impression that they purchased this items and put them directly into the cupboards with no washing. No dishwasher (this was as advertised), but no sink stoppers or drying rack. Bedrooms: linens appeared new, but were ill-fitted to the bed so the bed was a wrinkled mess. Towels were new and soft, but after the sticker situation on the plates/cups, I wondered if they had be laundered. We have been away from the property for three days and our clothes/suitcases still reek of the house. What really disappoints me is that the biggest problems (dirty floors, unwashed dishes) are nearly FREE to fix. And the other stuff is not that expensive. The things that were good: very nice washer and dryer, nice stove/oven, plenty of toilet paper and soap.
