room was terrible and very outdated dead roaches on bathroom floor bathroom tub appeared not to be cleaned properly water from the faucet had a smell bed was extremely uncomfortable and pillows were awfully lumpy.staff was very short and distant not even a good morning. I will Never go back .

The staff were kind and helpful. The refrigerator was making a loud noise and they switched it out for me. Minor things like clock and phone not working but mostly the room on the first floor was comfortable and quiet. In the bathtub was old and stained, but the shower was fine and water hot.

The room was damp, and cold turned on the heat. Refrigerator was making very high pitch noise. I unplugged and told the desk. Second room had cockroaches in bathroom. Orange juice was not cold, apple juice and coffee very diluted. Bed was comfortable. Second day found dirty washcloth still in tub. Water pressure in shower was good. Overall needs a good updating. Reviews read before booking were not at all what we expected.

The whole building is an old building that it needs a lot of care. It looks like they have tried to repair but in a very cheap way. I receive a room that it was smelly like humid. It has a leaking on the ceiling of the bathroom. It looks like mold in one corner of the bathroom so it means the leak has been there for a little bit. AC was not blowing, small cockroach came out of the sink, in fact was really bad. I wasn’t expecting a high quality since it was a convenience stop but was surprise of how it was. They change my room but either way it looks like need a lot of care.

We only stayed one night. But the toilet did not flush correctly, in the morning tried using blow dryer it did not work and the standing light in the room did not work. Lights in the parking lot were very break and went right into our room window.
