* Bedroom #4 Queen size Westin Heavenly® bed, high quality bedding LCD LED TV and Blue Ray player connected to Internet only. It’s a Murphy bed, put it up if you want to use the room as an office as this room includes a full-size desk, wireless printer/scanner/copier, and shredder.

Bedroom #5 the Baseball Room, trundle bed (2 single beds), baseball style lockers for dressers and closet.

* Screened-in patio featuring pool, 8-person hot tub, BBQ, 6 chair wrought iron patio set, teak lounge chairs with cushions and hammock (please let me know if you want to use and will set up).

* Wrap around porch with nostalgic rocking chairs and numerous ceiling fans.

* Two car attached garage with remote opener.

* Five acres of private land, fenced-in and gated. Lots of open space to play with my toys or bring your own. With this much land, the lawns are not all maintained, please consider the property as rural.

* Depending on guests needs temporary bedding for up to six additional guests can be provided in numerous ways to include air beds, and/or sleeping bags in any of the bedrooms or living room.
