RV Camping

This is an RV parked in the parking lot of an apartment complex seemingly owned by the same person. The RV is well appointed but could use a deep clean and pest management. It would also be helpful upon check in to be given a tour and explained some of the quirks like where to find the coffee pot (hidden cabinet behind the tv in the kitchen) and how the shower works. Speaking of the shower, no hot water. Lastly, the air-conditioning is incredibly loud so did not get much sleep.
