We booked a pet and when we arrived to check in, they wanted and did, charge us again for the pet. They acted as if we were hiding the pet, but she is not hide able and we booked this hotel because they allow pets. ANYWAY, took for ever to check in. One lady was nice, the other H$LL bent on charging again. Finally, I offered to give her my credit card so that we could just check in and once she figured out how, she could charge us again, to just go ahead and do it. She gave us the room keys and then asked to write my credit card down on a piece of paper and did

The hotel was in excellent condition. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Entryway was decorated beautifully. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.
