Both check in and check out service desk employees were quite rude. Our door keys were also deactivated after our first night so housekeeping had to let us into our room to retrieve our belongings. The room and breakfast were nice.

The room was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Refrigerator had leftover food, microwave had food stains, bathroom had spiders and wall stains. When i spoke with front desk, i was told no more rooms available to transfer me to and that housekeeping left at 4pm and no vody was available to clean the room I was given. Check in front lady that was there when i arrived after 6pm was not pleasant and responded unkindly to my 7 year old daughter. Overall, will not be returning to this hotel.

Actually, what stood out the most was getting up at 7:00am to take a shower and find they had turned off all the water!!! This was something that they had known about but stayed open anyway. They did NOT offer any kind of monetary compensation, simply lots of "we're really sorry" comments.
