I called ahead in regards to early check-in as we were going to a wedding and needed to prepare for that. Was told the room would be available at 1:00 however when we arrived at 1:20 the room was not available and the front desk did not know about it. The housekeeping manager was there and stated not her fault that room was not ready, very rude. The front desk man finally got me a room which was a downgrade but no credit. When we got to the room there was pubic hair in the sink and on the bathroom floor. If it weren't for having to go to a wedding we would have left this hotel. Will avoid Hampton Inn

Very unkept property. Room door stuck. Tub caulking a mess and there was a bathtub ring. The furniture in the breakfast area was terribly stained (but breakfast was good.) I used to stay at Hampton’s regularly on business years ago. I looked forward to staying at a Hampton. This property wasn’t even close to what I remember.

Service and staff were excellent and front desk were helpful. Rooms were clean and housekeeping staff were spot on. The breakfast variety was good but the dining area lacked room and the breakfast bar area was small. Not alot of room to serve yourself.
