I was surprised to see there was no sanitary bin in the toilet. Also, we considered the shower cubicle rather unsafe, the floor was very slippery in use and there is no grab rail.

The road noise didn't matter; I had no noise from other guests which is the main thing. Breakfast very good. Bed comfortable. My only issue was that the room was quite cold. A little out of centre is no problem.

Couldn’t sleep due to a party in another room. we moved room at 2am, so the staff helped when told about the problem. But I can’t give a positive review on 3 hours sleep. That issue alone made this my worst hotel experience.

One of the guys on reception on the eve of 11/02/2024 was a right grump. Completely ignored my question. I saw another customer complaining about him this morning as well. The Asian guy on the other hand was very friendly and helpful
