We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location to assess beautiful beaches (e.g. Saint Cyprien) within 10min drive. A car, however, is necessary to go to the supermarket or bakery. Easy to find lots of parking space on the property. The apartment was very clean in general and requests - the private pool made loud noise one day - were responded to basically immediately by very friendly staff. Amenities like the seemingly brand-new kitchen with Bosch appliances, the BBQ grill on the outside deck, the private pool and the coffee machine were great. The view from our bedroom onto the distant coastline was amazing and we loved to wake up with the sunrise every morning. Two minor suggestions to improve the overall experience is to remove the small mold spots in the shower of the master bedroom and to better close off the visual barrier between the units in the pool area. Overall, we highly recommend the Résidence Pierre & Vacances Premium Les Terrasses d'Arsella and would definitely come back.

Great family stay

Very smart functional residence 4 bed with small... Very small pool you can't swim in it but great for aperitif fun. Would recommend for groups nr Porto vecchio.

Expérience unique dans un magnifique résidence

Nous avons passés un formidable séjour dans la résidence. Appartement avec un grand salon et trois chambres très confortables et deux douches, parfait pour 4 personnes. Nous avons profité tous les jours de l'extérieur avec une superbe piscine et un jardin avec des transats et parasol. L'endroit et calme et dans la nature. L'établissement et bien situé et en voiture on est vite à la mer pour profiter d'une belle plage. Le service est également au top ! Le personnel et toujours disponible et serviable. Et encore un grand merci pour avoir envoyé le sac par poste que nous avions oublié lors de notre départ 😊

Très bon logement, surtout celui où il y a une piscine privative qui fait clairement la différence. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de petit déjeuner sur place (c’est clairement ce qui nous a manqué). Nous sommes habitués des hôtels mais avons voulu tester ce type d’hébergement. Maison propre, service de vaisselle complet. Légèrement perturbé par les voisins un peu bruyants et qui nous ont empêché de profiter un peu plus de la terrasse notamment le soir.

L’accueil a été très satisfaisant, le personnel était agréable et disponible. En revanche, malgré son classement 5 étoiles, la résidence ne propose pas les services habituellement attendus à ce niveau. Il n’y a ni restaurant ni service de snacking sur place, ce qui est décevant. Les serviettes de piscine ne sont pas fournies, elles sont uniquement disponibles à la location, ce qui ajoute un coût supplémentaire. Concernant le logement, nous avons été installés dans une chambre adaptée aux personnes à mobilité réduite, sans en avoir fait la demande. Malheureusement, cela impliquait un aménagement peu pratique : aucun espace de rangement dans la salle de bain, obligeant à poser toutes les affaires au sol. Une expérience globalement mitigée compte tenu du standing annoncé.

Logement parfaitement conforme à la description et impeccable. Petite déception concernant le matériel de base mis à disposition. Pierre et vacances ne devrait pas demander aux locataires, qui viennent souvent en avion, d’amener leur sel, poivre et sopalin. Ou d’en acheter pour une semaine sur place. Cela doit faire partie de l’équipement de base d’une villa « cinq étoiles »

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, mais je pense que nous sommes arrivés au moment de la réouverture de la résidence : la piscine chauffée ne l’était pas encore, car elle venait d’être rallumée, des travaux ont eu lieu tout au long de notre séjour, le logement était bien, mais poussiéreux (la vaisselle, sous le lit, dans les armoires) car sûrement pas nettoyé juste avant notre arrivée. De plus, le restaurant de la résidence n’en est plus un. Autrement, la résidence était calme et agréable, et la piscine, une fois chauffée, était très appréciable. Il y a le wifi partout dans la résidence et une petite salle de sport.

Pour moi c'était la première fois en Corse et ça été un excellent Week-end reposant au calme . Arrivés tard, la réception avait pris toutes les précautions pour notre arrivée. Le personnel très agréable, professionnel et à l'écoute. Nous avons suivi leurs conseils de visites. Ainsi de Bastia à Porto Vecchio en suivant le bord de mer puis la traversée de la forêt de l'Ospedale et ses petits villages c'était vraiment une experience magnifique. Satisfaits aussi de la qualité de la chambre, en effet propre, bonne literie et grande terrasse équipée de transat et plancha. A refaire nous recommandons

Magnifique résidence au calme et très récente. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'environnement naturel et la grande piscine de la résidence ainsi que notre grand logement T4 contemporain, avec terrasse et petit bassin. Il manque peut-être quelques accessoires dans les salles d'eau (patères et supports) et petits mobilier dans les chambres (table de nuit, fauteuil au salon..) mais rien de grave. Le service livraison "baguette et petites viennoiseries" était aussi très appréciable en attendant l'ouverture du coin restauration pour l'instant en travaux. Nous remercions également le personnel à la réception pour sa gentillesse et ses précieux conseils. La résidence est un peu éloignée en voiture des plages les plus prisées (Palombaggia et Santa Guilia) mais pas très grave. En résumé, c'était un choix que nous ne regrettons pas 1 seconde ! on reviendra !! Merci !

die Residenz ist modern und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool Bereich ist sehr schön, aber für die Anzahl der Gäste zur klein. Die Residenz hat 5 Sterne, nicht berechtigt. Preis Leistung Verhältnis passt nicht. Unsere Wohnung für 3 Personen winzig klein, das Bad hatte eine Dusche und direkt daneben Waschbecken , es konnte immer nur eine Person rein, trotz Schiebetür. Das WC auch sehr, sehr klein und ohne Waschbecken , geht ganz nicht! Die Aussicht von unserer Terrasse war auf ein Parkplatz und durch unsere Terrasse ging eine Treppe zur der Wohnung über uns. Keine Privatsphäre. Sehr Schade .

Nous avons aimé l'environnement et le logement. Tout était propre et bien organisé. Nous avons cependant trouvé qu'il manquait plusieurs petits éléments qui ne sont, en soi, peu grave, mais tout de même irritants. Notamment, l'accès au wifi était irrégulier et peu fiable, il n'y avait pas de savon à mains ni de serviettes à mains, il n'y avait rien dans la cuisine en termes d'essentiels de base (l'huile, sel, poivre, etc.).

Fantastisk sted

Et fantastisk sted, hvor man kan være privat i sin lejlighed med dejlige faciliteter til madlavning, hygge på terrassen mv. Og en skøn fælles pool, hvor der altid var til at få en solstol. Hotellet ligger lidt afsondret, så det vil være at foretrække at have bil med. Eneste minus ved stedet var et lidt dårligt wifi.
