Ideal for an easy beach holiday for friends or families! This modern villa is less than a 10-minute walk from the beach. The villa sleeps up to 10 people and includes a private garden, making it perfect for large groups looking for fun in the sun. Only 25 minutes from Lecce, the house is the ideal place to combine relaxing on the beach with exploring Puglia’s fascinating past.

The property is surrounded by a wall that guarantees guests’ privacy and is particularly useful if you are bringing young children. At the front of the villa, there is a shaded veranda, furnished with a large dining table and chairs for memorable meals al fresco.

Inside, the open-plan living space, combines a seating area, dining table and kitchen. There is a sofa, flat-screen TV and a corner fireplace. There is also another dining table and chairs. The neat kitchen is appointed with a cooker hob, oven, fridge/freezer and a Moka coffee maker.

Sleeping
Bedroom 1: The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a single bed as well as a wardrobe.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom is also furnished with a double bed and a single bed, plus a wardrobe.
Bedroom 3: This stylish bedroom has a double bed and extensive wardrobes.
Extra: One of the sofas in the living room converts into a double bed.

Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms. Both have showers, basins, bidets and WCs.
Extra: There are two outdoor showers which are ideal after a day on the beach.

Location
In the heart of the resort of Torre Rinalda, close to Torre Chianca, the villa is close to Spiaggiabella, which means “beautiful beach”, with fine sand and a gently sloping shore that makes it particularly good for children and less confident swimmers.

Away from the coast, guests can explore the wetlands and woods in the Natural Park of Bosco e Paludi di Rauccio. It is full of birds and rare plants. A visit to Lecce, (25 minutes) the “Florence of the South”, is a must. This jewel of a city is famous for its unique Baroque architecture, Roman remains, its excellent food and good shopping.

Torre Chianca has a range of restaurants, bars and cafés to suit all budgets. For self-catering there are two small supermarkets just a 5-minute drive from the villa. Alternatively, there is the farmers market in Lecce every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, where you can find the best local ingredients.

The closest airport is Salento Airport, in Brindisi - just 40 minutes away by car.
