The shower stall's floor was dirty or stained. Only 1 bath towel was supplied. We would have asked for another but since we were there 1night we decided not to use the shower.

Overpriced with terrible service

Besides them doubling the price for the Dartmouth graduation weekend the service was horrible. The toliet backed up and the clerk placed a plunger outside the door. My daughter was told to use the plunger or wait until the morning when someone could come and fix it. I called the front desk and was hung up on by the desk clerk. When I drove to the hotel to speak to someone the clerk was just as rude in person. I had to demand to speak to the manager. The clerk then walks upstairs and fixes the toilet. He could have done this hours ago. For $300/night the room was very dated. The bathroom was not properly cleaned and the bedding was old. I would recommend staying across the street at the Hilton. For the same price the service and the rooms are nice. Plus there is a bar. The Quality Inn should be closed down. This was worse than a budget motel.

The condition of the room was not good. Bathroom vanity was chipped and was patched with tape. Caulking in shower was gross. And I found trash in the garbage can that didn’t belong to me. I lifted the mattress and found the bed skirt had a huge stain on it.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke when we were there and when we left they charged us $100 extra because of it smelling like cigarettes!!!!

When I first arrived, we pulled the comforter and blankets down to see dozens of tiny hairs below the blankets and an imprint as though someone had been sleeping on one side of the bed. It appeared the sheets and bedding had not been changed from the guest prior.
