Our stay was great! Easy to get to and very clean. The employees were wonderful, very friend, helpful.Breakfast was a great with lots of verity and hot. Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again!

Overall experience was good. I was on the third floor 331 and the person/s above me were still literally stomping around on the floor until well after 3 am. I barely got any sleep because of this.

Clean hotel, however spoke directly to GM about an early check in possibility as I was in a wedding party and needed to get ready for events. I understand it’s based on avability and the cleaning crew. However there was inconsistency on any sort of answer. I spoke to a desk agent on a Friday morning on the phone and she was very rude, and was just as rude when we approached her at the front desk, after the GM mentioned that it should be fine to check in a couple hours early. When I was given the all clear to check in it was 30 minutes early which was greatly appreciated! However, after I got checked in there was no notice that the cleaning crew was in fact still working on the room and was a shocked as we were when we walked up to the door. Yummy breakfast, clean rooms, welcoming lobby.

Overall my stay was okay for what we needed. However, the rooms don’t seem to be insulated well or something because the noise all around could be heard constantly, making it tough to get a good nights rest. Room was clean enough and plenty of room. Just could have done without all the noise.
